About JesseJesse Armendarez loves San Bernardino County!
He was born and raised here, started his business here, and is raising his family here with his wife Delene. That is why he has worked to give back to his community. As a small businessman he has helped create well-paying jobs in our area. As a local City Councilmember, Jesse helped improve community safety and worked to address homelessness. As a former school board trustee and Director of the Chaffey College Foundation, Jesse has fought for our children and worked to expand opportunities for the students of our region. Jesse is running for County Supervisor to help improve the quality of life for his friends and neighbors. Jesse knows a safe community is a thriving community, which is why he wants to increase the number of law enforcement officers and firefighters in our county. Jesse also wants to use his experience as a businessman to help create jobs and fix our economy. And Jesse wants to build on his work with the Chaffey College Foundation to improve student achievement and build partnerships with local businesses and non-profits to create pathways to college or a career for every child. As our Supervisor, Jesse will work to represent us!

The Issues
SAFER NEIGHBORHOODSJesse knows a safe community is a thriving community. As County Supervisor, Jesse will add more law enforcement officers and firefighters to our region to improve community safety, reduce emergency response times and improve protection from wildfires.
|
SOLVE HOMELESSNESSJesse is proposing new solutions to the homelessness crisis such as expanding homeless shelters and addiction services, and deploying mental health professionals directly to shelters. These policies have helped reduce the homeless population in San Diego and they can work here.
|
Protect our walletsJesse knows inflation and high taxes are squeezing our family budgets. That is why he will ensure the county is responsible with our tax dollars and balances its budget, without raising taxes, just like he did as a local city councilmember.
|
MORE OPPORTUNITYJesse wants to use his experience as a former Director of the Chaffey College Foundation to build partnerships between local school districts, businesses and non-profits to create pathways to college or a career for our children.

Jesse is committed to working for us.
